General Policy All payments made for nominations, entry fees, or related charges are non-refundable, including the standard USD 99 per category nomination fee.
Purpose of Fees Fees collected help cover administrative, processing, evaluation, and operational costs. Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances Refunds will only be considered under the following scenarios:
Duplicate payments for the same nomination.
Technical errors on the payment platform resulting in an overcharge.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date and include valid proof of payment.
Disqualification or Withdrawal If a participant is disqualified or voluntarily withdraws after payment, no refund will be issued.
Program Modifications or Cancellations If TechXnow cancels the event, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit for future editions (at the discretion of the organizers). In case of postponement, payments will be carried forward—refunds will not be granted.
