TechXnow Refund Policy

  1. General Policy
    All payments made for nominations, entry fees, or related charges are non-refundable, including the standard USD 99 per category nomination fee.

  2. Purpose of Fees
    Fees collected help cover administrative, processing, evaluation, and operational costs. Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances
    Refunds will only be considered under the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payments for the same nomination.

  • Technical errors on the payment platform resulting in an overcharge.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date and include valid proof of payment.

  1. Disqualification or Withdrawal
    If a participant is disqualified or voluntarily withdraws after payment, no refund will be issued.

  2. Program Modifications or Cancellations
    If TechXnow cancels the event, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit for future editions (at the discretion of the organizers). In case of postponement, payments will be carried forward—refunds will not be granted.

  3. Refund Request Process
    To submit a valid refund request:

  • Email our support team with your name, payment receipt, and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
