1. Eligibility & Participation
TechXnow is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations that meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined for each award category. Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during the nomination process. Entries containing false or misleading details are subject to disqualification.
2. No Guarantee of Winning
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection as a winner. Judging is conducted based on established evaluation criteria for each category. All decisions made by the judging panel are final, impartial, and non-negotiable. Only a limited number of winners will be chosen per category to maintain the integrity of the awards.
3. Nomination Fees
A non-refundable fee of USD 99 per category applies to all nominations. This fee supports the administrative and operational costs of the program. Payment of this fee has no bearing on the judging process or final outcomes.
4. Data Use & Privacy
By submitting a nomination, you grant TechXnow permission to use your name, organization, logo, and related content for promotional and marketing purposes. Sensitive or confidential information will remain private unless prior consent is provided for disclosure.
5. Winner Notification & Attendance
Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during submission. Invitations to attend the award ceremony may be extended; however, any travel or accommodation costs will be the responsibility of the attendee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Disqualification
TechXnow reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be in breach of these terms, providing false data, or attempting to unduly influence the outcome. Any unethical conduct will lead to immediate removal from consideration.
7. Program Changes
TechXnow retains the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any part of the awards program or event due to unforeseen circumstances. Significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
8. Liability
TechXnow and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the program or attendance at related events.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the TechXnow Awards program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Participation does not guarantee recognition or winning; selections are strictly based on merit and the judgment criteria defined by TechXnow.
